A Brief History
Crazy Diamond is a singer/songwriter, Anita Monk, from Melbourne Australia. She is a full time musician, playing with "Anita's Children", a Melbourne based cover band, while writing songs for a select handful of singers. She released her first CD titled "Age of Descent" in 1998, which was a collection of songs written over the years and retro 80's. The songs received very favourable reviews, and as a result, Anita has coloured her second CD with more contemporary sounds, while still using the same catchy melodies and memorable hooks.
The first single off the CD is
called "Spell", featuring Samantha de Vos on vocals. Samantha is one of the stars of "Witches
in Britches", Melbourne's top theatre restaurant. She
spent many years on the road as a front vocalist in bands, and has polished
her stage craft and dancing ability while at "Witches". With
her bright and bubbly personality, Samantha is a star of the future.
